Priciest Cheapest Units To Hit The Market

 

The priciest Manhattan home to hit the market this week is a 10-bedroom townhouse at 1016 Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side, according to Streeteasy.com. The 12,000-square-foot home is on the market for $72 million and is listed by Michael Pellegrino of Sotheby's International Realty. The turn-of-the-century home is currently being used as an art gallery by noted antique, book and maps dealer W. Graham Arader.

The third least expensive home to become available this week is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 470 West 146th Street in Harlem. The 750-square-foot $199,000 listing is being marketed by Irene Henry of Lemor Realty.TRD
